I have a couple of concerns. First is whether 430 watts is enough for this graphics card. Second, I do not know if the motherboard supports overclocking and also was worried that it may not fit into the case. Other then that any recommendations would be welcomed.

B75 OC is super limited, and will not allow you to OC with a 3450. If you want to OC, go with a 3570k and z77 mobo. You will also require a CPU cooler in that case.

Consider this RAM instead, because Ivy Bridge is designed for up to 1600 mHz (higher speeds require overclocked RAM):

AMD recommends a 500W PSU for the 7850. The one you chose barely passes, and you definitely won't be able to OC with it.

The PSU should be fine. This is only if you don't plan on Crossfire anytime in the future. If you do plan to crossfire, then you'll need 600W.

The motherboard will fit into the case. Motherboards come in standard sizes.
