Pc endless boot

i recently built a pc. its been running fine since march. until now. every time i turn it on its starts up...all the fans start spinning, then it shuts off and restarts. then shuts off in an endless cycle. i have taken everything out and re-set it all. it still continues to do so. i have no idea how to fix this i have never come across this problem. HEEELLLLPPPPP MEEE!!!!!!!

Could be a bad ram stick or missing windows file. Start by testing each ram stick one at a time in the slot closest to the cpu. If it stabilizes, run memtest to check for errors. You may also try to use "system restore" to start windows from an earlier point; may be able to access it in safe mode using f6.
