Overclocked cpu buzzing noise then shuts down

I have an i7 3770k overclocked to 4.2ghz on a maximus gene v. when i convert files my cpu makes a buzzing noise, which is louder when i move my mouse and sometimes shuts down. My build is Thermaltake Chaser MK-I Full Tower Gaming , Thermaltake 750W Modular Power Supply. 80+ Bronze , Thermaltake Water 2.0 Extreme and Crucial 32GB kit DDR3 1600 MPN: BLS4KIT8G3D1609DS1S00.
