I just got a AsRock 970 extreme 3, phenom II 965BE and Corsair Vengeance 8gb 1600 ddr3 ram (plus a hyper 212+ cooler) and they won't display. Everything is plugged in right such as 24-pin and 8-pin connectors to the mobo, CPU fan is plugged in. Everything is running all the fans, USB has power and no beeping even if ram is taken out. This doesn't have an inboard GFX and I'm trying to get display through my 9800gt.
Which of the three is mostly likely wrong or dead because I'm about to just RMA the dang mobo.

usually when there are NO beeps, that is a bad mobo.
And there are case speakers plugged in so beeping should occur because I tested it by taking the GFX cards power cord out and got the continuous beep, so it is working. But it sounds like a bad mono so I'll RMA it unless there are anyother suggestions.
