what can i do to fix the problem of my computer shutting off at least twice daily?

Please clarify what you mean by shutting down:
-Is the computer suddenly cutting off and staying off?
-Is the computer rebooting randomly?
-Is the computer going through the Windows shut down sequence as if you had pressed shut down from the start menu?
-Are you getting a bluescreen at any point?
-What are you computer specs? (Include specific model numbers for major components -CPU, GPU, Motherboard, PSU mainly)
