Mouse or message, dialog box positioning.

Hello there,
I was wondering if there is a way to make the dialog boxes which default to
the center of the screen, move to another area on the desktop. Say at 400,
400 pixel area of screen.

I am running XP in expanded mode on 2 monitors. The dialog boxes default to
the center of the screen and appear half on one screen and half on the other
screen.
My resolution settings are 2048x768.

If you are able to help, please do.
