Yes if your PSU and MOBO support Crossfire and your PSU is big enough to handle both cards and the cards have to support Crossfire as well. You have to able to add the little jumper from one card to the other.

It looks like a flat ribbon cable about 3 inches long and it connects the two cards to gether up front close to where you plug your monitor cables into the card.
