does this sound like a good PC too you? It will be used to play BF3 and skyrim. I maybe will buy a second GPU and go SLi with them down the road. I am hoping to get around 45FPS ratings on High or hopefully Ultra settings

16GB of RAM is unnecessary, in all honesty; I would go with 8GB. That is all you will really need, though it does not hurt to be prepared for the future, either...
