like the build. the only thing i would change is maybe jumping to a 750W PSU if you think you might SLI GTX670's in the future.

I not familiar with the CPU Cooler: Thermalright HR-02 Macho, so I'm abstaining from comment on it.

you might also watch the SSD prices and see if you can snag a 830 or M4 256MB on sale. I am so spoiled by my SSD :)  I want all my games on it :o

Thermalright makes really solid coolers and they include good thermal compound - I'd say go for it.

That GPU will be quite a bit underpowered for the 670 - you'll need 600W minimum, 650W to be on the safe side. Get this for your PSU: http://www.jimms.fi/tuote/CMPSU-650TXV2EU

Then make sure that your RAM is low profile for using coolers - that Vengeance RAM with the tall heat sinks proves to be quite a nuisance. Try this: http://www.jimms.fi/tuote/F3-1600C9Q-16GAO

the OP has LP ram in his build.

the 550W SuperFlower Golden Green Pro 80plus gold will power a GTX670 and a OC i7 without any issue what so ever, it has a 45.5 12v Rail on it.

even a GTX 670 OC'd will only pull about 189W and the i7 3770K 208W (total system) lets round the total up to 400w which is less than 75% of the max output of the superflower 550W PSU.

I would go with the Super flower 750w or XFX core 750 to keep a SLI option open though.

Why get the Corsair TX650 V2 when it only has two PCIe connectors, when the XFX Pro 650W unit has four and is cheaper?

XFX Pro 650 Core Edition €85

Even the 750W version is cheaper at €90:

Although if you are using Mindfactory then obviously you'd go for the 650W version of the Super Flower Golden Green:

I can see why he suggested it. It is because you get PCIe cables with the GPU.
