I just came across a bunch of 1GB 128x72 PC100 DIMMs (for $20!). and I need to find a board that supports them. Some wording on Asus' site implies that their CUSI-M MicroATX board supports one GB, but it sounds fishy. ANyone out there know of a board that can use a single chip that big?

WinXP = Win2k "with newbie features"

Very true. Although there are some nice features like the great activation scheme.
Seriously though, there are a few nice things, like true multitasking (don't know how well this works) and automatic DHCP without rebooting.
And I for one like the ability to change the look of Windows to fit my mood :)

WinME is the same as W2k for DOS support, as I understand it.
