Need help with wattage calculation !!! please!!

hello everyone, my old computer's psu blew off , now ill buy anew one, but i dont know how many watts it'll require. specifications are as follows:
asus p5sd2 vm
core 2 duo e7200
geforce 9400gt
a normal dvd writer and
seagate baracudda 7200.11 500gb
please help quick urgent!!!!

Your build will require around 250 watts for a power supply. I would recommend going with a 300 watt or 350 watt power supply if you ever need to upgrade your computer such as the video card.

Try to stick to high quality power supplies such as XFX, Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, PC Power and Cooling, OCZ etc. Stay away from cooler master, thermaltake, aywun, Qtec and other cheapo brands.

Umm...I edited my post to include some power supplies, may want to take another look at the post since my edit includes what power supply brands to go for and what not to go for. Have a good day!

Edit: And for the record, I am not a sir yet, only 16 :lol:
