Need to replace PSU

hi guys i need some help on replacing the psu

now i am using this one

i want to replace it with

i just want to know whether it supports my pc or will i have any problem in replacing

my specs

mobo: intel dh61ww
ram: 4gb ddr3
processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.1GHz

Your new ps will work fine with your Intel board. It may have an 8 pin 12v connector which can be unsnapped into two 4 pin connectors. Most h61 boards only use a 4 pin 12v connector.
