I've been tasked with building a HTPC, but one of the things that threw me off was the request that it play 3D movies as well. Is an A10 or lower APU capable of this yet?

Yes it can but you need 3d capable viewing software, a 3d capable tv/monitor, and what ever viewing hardware is needed (glasses, etc)

You should not have an issue with the Trinity or Llano APUs.

I believe it is OEM choice whether to enable the function on the Brazos I/II APUs. Brazos may still struggle in Silverlight but it's getting better.

Be sure to have the latest AMD Media Codec (Avivo) package.

That's what I thought. Software, tv, etc. is not an issue, just making sure because i had read on a few places that they couldn't handle it. I assumed even a Trinity A4 could quite easily, but I wanted to make sure before I tried.
