WANT 20"-23" Display

I want to play games on my HD 5770 in 1080p, my PS3 at 1080p, and have a laptop hooked up to the same display in 1080p. The laptop has HD4200 and can output VGA or HDMI. I want the PS3 specifically to use HDMI. The two computers can use DVI or VGA. I want good colors and refresh rate. But under $150 if possible. Tigerdirect.com? Is it trust worthy? Any recommendations?

Asus 23" 1080p monitor. Has one HDMI input, a vga and a dvi input. Linked this one because it currently has a 20$ promo code bringing price to 139.99, also has a mail in rebate of 15 bucks.

Pretty much the best you are gonna get for the money.

Just be aware that a 5770 will not play games at max settings at 1080p, they work best at 1680x1050 and lower.
