CPU running slowly

I'm having issues with my laptop, it's set on gaming mode, but it's really sluggish all of a sudden. The laptop is staying really cool, the fans don't even need to turn on, here is a screenshot of CPU-Z report.

Try defraging your hard drive, And getting rid of some of the start up programs and services by searching msconfig And also check that the power settings are correct
