FX-6200 and Arctic A30 question...

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, as it involves CPU, cooling and mobo...
I ordered an OEM FX-6200 to install in my ASRock 970 EXTREME3 Motherboard. Due to being OEM, I'm only assuming that it includes the cpu, so I bought an Arctic A30. Trouble is, I'm reading that the A30 requires the stock AM3 brackets in order to install. Does anyone have any experience with this kind of installation?

Stock brackets should be already installed with the motherboard. CPU coolers have other brackets sometimes to support it but the stock one is the default on every motherboard. However I did read the A30 comes with a backplate to be installed with the motherboard so you will need to install that as well.
