Will This PSU be ok for this build??

Another negative for that unit (besides being low end) is that it only has one PCIe cable. Usually a GTX 460 requires two (haven't checked Zotac's GTX 460s to be 100% sure though), so you would have to use adapters to get the second PCIe connector. With low end units I would take the presence of only one PCIe connector quite seriously, as in, to me it suggests that it was not designed to power a GPU that requires two.
 
A gtx460 wants 500w and two 6 pin pci-e connectors.
The ultra you listed has only one.
That is unusual for a 600w psu.
If a psu does not have enough 6 pin connectors and you ned to use adapters, it is very old, or of poor quality.
I would pick a tier 1 or 2 unit from this list. It should cost no more.

Find another PSU mate. Anything that doesn't have enough 6-pin connectors probably isn't going to be enough to run most of today's hardware. I know I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it.
