Satellitedirect support

i subscribed and it has locked up the processing page. What do I do? It has been over an hour now.

    Thank you! I was directed to this sight when I googled support. Finally refreshed the page(as it directed NOT TO). Took me to download page, but that's as far as I've gotten. Other links in page took me to support instead of instructions as to setup & activate. Don't know why things that should be simple in this day & age of technology end up causing headaches. Thanks again - have a great weekend!
  3. If it weren't for all of those tech headaches, sites like Tom's wouldn't exist! This is a great site for all sorts of info, but when dealing with a new service like you are, you should always contact the service provider first.
