Can I run this game?

I want to run Medal Of Honor: Warfighter to play with friends.
Should I need to upgrade for it? I went on can you run it dot com and it says I got everything right like the RAM (I have 8) and the OS and the sound card and the disk space except two things...

You wouldn't be able to run it COMPLETELY fine.
CPU wise you're fine, but lacking a bit on the video card, so turn down some settings like texture/shadow quality etc.

You can run it fine at 60 fps on med-high settings depending on your resolution.
