Overclocking AMD A8-3850

Hey guys. Im fairly new to overclocking (its my first time) and I dont know what I did wrong
I'm trying to overclock my a8-3850 from 2.9GHz to 3.6GHz

In the bios I set the Reference Clock (CPU Frequency) to 133 MHz
And the CPU Clock Ratio (Multiplier) to X27.0

It works great until I boot :P
I start to load windows, blue screen, then the computer restarts.

Any help is appreciated!

  1. How high are you able to take it on just the multiplier alone? I like to take the multi alone up until it isn't stable with a stress testing pgm (I like Intel Burn), and then up the voltage a click until it is... or crashes.
