New first time build

hey guys, the computer store I live near is having a pretty solid sale and i was wondering what you think about this build.
prices in CAN
Amdfx4170 and asus m5a88-m bundled for $200
ocz 550w psu- 59.99 (39.99 after mail in)
any case for around 50
g skill ripjaws 8gb for 49.99
seagate 1.5 tb barracuda green 79.99
and a evga 550 ti for 99.99 (79.99 after mail in)
any additions or modifications please.
I would like for this build to be under 600 which it is almost already. i dont need any periphials as i already have them for previous setups. im just wondering how this system will game as i have heard mixed reviews of the 4170 and the 550 ti. thanks much appreciated.

Which OCZ PSU is it? If it is a ZT or ZS series OCZ PSU, it is fine. What will the build be used for? What is your budget?

it is a zt and the build will primarily be used for video watching and tranferring to my tablets as well as some gaming eg. diablo 3 and bf3 on medium to high settings. Budget wise under 600 i know this might be tight but the deals have saved me almost 200.

That 550ti will not do high. Medium is the best it can handle. For case, I suggest the NZXT Tempest 210 for $55. The CPU is also limiting it in BF3. Upgrade to the i3-2100 or even the G630.
