I seriously have no idea.

I'm going to choose a GTX 680, but I've no idea between the different brands.

MSI
ASUS
eVGA
Gainward
Gigabyte
Club 3D
ZOTAC
Inno3D
PNY

What do I get? Vote?

So I was looking at the ASUS DirectCU-II

And that one requires 1x 8-pin and 1x 6-pin

Yes, but... If it were me i wouldn't use the minimum recommended PSU for a system.

I personally prefer EVGA, but since the 4GB didn't come out in time, i've got the Gainward Phantom GTX680 4GB... Works perfectly as well...

1)msi twinfrozr for good cooling and overclocking.

2)asus direct cu ii its an good overclocker keeps card cool and low in noice.

3)evga good priced card and good customer care support and card built.

4)gigabyte for thier three fan cooling and nice results in overclocking.

VX550 Is decent enough, but I would go for the TX650, at newegg it can be bought by $90!

^XFX is great, but they no longer make NVidia GPU, including the 680.

I would get a EVGA with the TR part number and register it for the lifetime warranty.

I'm very happy with my MSI. It runs very cool, good quality build, quiet, and I've had good customer support from them.

I've deallt with ASUS and Gigabyte before as well and found them all to be good companies. No experience with EVGA but I read pretty good things.

EVGA, MSI, ASUS, GIGABYTE, all 4 are great. Just pick the one that you like the most. If there is a deal for one of them, I say go for it.

its an ocz modstream 600w psu heard good things from many people.
