Ok so my graphics card is clearly labeled nvidia.
It looks remarkably similar to the quadro fx 3400, but has no stereo port.

Here's a couple of markings:

•8974 ver 120
•rev a02
•cn-or7240-69702-4b4-0949

And under the tiny nvidia logo is:
•180-10211-0000-a03

Note that there is no nvidia fx sticker anywhere,as the pictures I see in google.

What's a stereo connector? Could you mean dual monitors, as in you are referring to the second DVI port? Or are you referring to the S-Video port? Not having one or both of those and having one DVI out does not mean it has to be a different card.

Oh, and try GPU-Z like everyone has been saying. Its the only REAL way to know for sure.

I can't use gpuz since mobo is dead. The stereo connector is the little circly thing evolve the two dvi ports. Yea my explanation is bad, I know.
I think it's what does 3-d.

It's not a "stereo" connector, and it's not for 3-D.

I think you mean ABOVE the dvi ports not evolve. It's probably a S-video out, could also be used for a break-out box for more connections, but it's probably S-Video. I have seen cards with a wireless connector for 3D glasses that use a connection to the video card, but the only ones I have seen like that was on a SGI workstation.
