Going to build first pc please look over

Hi there I am completely new to this. I plan on building my first computer, approximate purchase date or date of completion by December 2012-January 2012.
Location NYC
preferred purchasing method: NewEgg.com
preferred System: AMD or Intel doesn't really matter

You will get more/better responses if you identify the links you provided. Some of us are too lazy to look them all up.

Your list looks decent for now, but the best choices will certainly change by the time you build.
There are new/better/faster/cheaper parts launched every week.
