Help me Choosing best processor and mobo

hi guys i have msi k9agm4 ms-7373 mobo....and i'm going to think buy AMD 3.6 GHz AM3+ FX 8150 Processor( 8 cores and 3.6 ghz speed ).....will this processor support my mobo?......
if not then suggest me any mobo around 44 euro(indian-3000 rupees).....and is this processor good for gaming?.....if not then please suggest me other processor (i want play all games in full graphics like sleeping dogs etc in 173 euro indian-12000 rupees) .....my other specs are
ati 6670 ddr5 1gb graphic card
2gb ddr2 ram
450 watt psu.....
i am a noob about processor or mobo or those like stuffs.......so i want to know which is more important in processor core or speed? and
i want to know what is form factor and socket type in mobo and 1 thing will ddr2 ram support in ddr3 mobo?
please suggest me and answer my questions.......i am willing to know...

No that board will not support it. It is not a good gaming CPU. On a budget you are better of with a FX4170 or FX4300 from AMD or Intel I3, I5.

DDR2 RAM will not fit in a DDR3 channel because it is split in a different area. And processor cores and speed go hand and hand. It's best to have high speeds on a quad core for todays gaming. I suggest you buy a new motherboard with the FX4300 like rolli59 said.

what is the difference between quad core and 8 core processors.....?
and if i go with this ram 'G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC RAM (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL)' will it work.......?

guys i'm thinking to buy i5 2500k........so anyone suggest me a mobo( cheap please in 44 euro) (i want to overclock also) with my following specs

coz everybody said that intel is better than amd.........
why intel is so expensive than amd.?.....and what is the difference between amd and intel processor? (intel i7 3960x 6 core cpu is 6x price of amd fx8150 8 core cpu)
