Hello, I just wanted to know if these three parts are compatible and would work well together:

ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Intel Core i7-3770S Ivy Bridge 3.1GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 65W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I73770S

EVGA 02G-P4-2678-KR GeForce GTX 670 FTW 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Alright, thanks a lot. I'm also trying to save money too.
But since you recommended a new motherboard, I was wondering if these would work with the motherboard that you recommended: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

And I'm also curious if my graphics card will get bottle-necked by the i5 that you recommended?

Yeah but 16GB won't be necessary if this is a gaming system - you'll never use all of it.

As far as the GPU goes - the i5-3570K actually unlocks PCI Gen 3, which will provide a significant speed boost to the GTX 670, so neither one will bottleneck each other.
