If you look at the two charts that I have linked here you will see that of the two computers that you have listed the AMD Pc would be better because it has a higher level cpu and video card. The two builds are not very good performers so the differences will be slight. Is the ram on the AMD Pc DDR3? All of the components of the AMD build are newer and should give better game performance but it will be at a low level and low resolution.

Phenom's, Opterons, Core's and I's are all pretty damned good. a 6670 will be fine for gaming, but I think maybe you should pop in a 6770 at least for some truely decent performance.Related ressources:
