The chipset name does not tell much. Offhand, I say it would. But GT 440 is not necessarily the best card for you. Please also provide us what is your monitor resolution & your motherboard exact model.

yes double post because i didn't got my answer from previous post.it only told me that my PSU can handle GT 440.when i select best answer my question marked as Solved i wait for two days and post again about only Mobo...
