I want to reassociate Pagemaker 7.0 extentions (.pmd, .pmt) with Adobe
Indesign CS after uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

Steps taken that lead to problem:

1. Uninstalled Adobe Indesign CS.
RESULT: .pmt and .pmd extensions have a "generic" windows icon and are not
associated with an program.

2. Installed Adobe Creative Suite (which includes a full version of Indesign
CS)

3. Accidentally associated the .pmt extension with Adobe Acrobat Pro 7.0
through the Change button in General Properties.
RESULT: Adobe Acrobat 7.0 is the only program listed in the Recommended
Programs of the .pmt Open With list.

Steps taken to TRY to resolve problem (does not work):

1. Click "Change" in General Properties, then click "Browse".
2. Locate and double-click on InDesign.exe.
RESULT: Window closes, but Indesign is still not listed under Recommended
Programs OR Other Programs.

I've also tried a Registry hack I've seen on a few sites, but it always
resets the values after I revisit the Registry.

Someone PLEASE help me!
