What PSU should I take?

Thank you for your time taken to read this thread.
What I would like to ask is what PSU should I take with these parts:
i7-3770K Overclocked to 4.2GHz with ASUS auto voltage
Asus P8Z77-LX
2 Stick of Cosair Vengeance 1600 CL9 4GB RAM
Sapphire Radeon HD 7970
Cooler Master Elite 430 with 2 120mm fans
A PCI Modem
I would like your suggestions be in Cooler Master PSU's.

Why coolermaster?
The CM psu i can recommend for this config is the CM Silent Pro M600(RS-600-AMBA-D3) which costs a lot
