My computer powers on but does not boot up. Swapping the memory around fixes the problem.. This is the second time I've had to do this. What causes this and is there any simple solution to this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I would run a program called Memtest86+ on each stick of RAM individually for several hours each. If any errors come back, then you have faulty RAM.

You may also have a bad connection on the motherboard, so that is always a possibility.
