CPU bottleneck

I have a fx 4100 cpu (yes I know the fx series) I wanted to know if were to get a radeon 7950 would it be bottlenecked by the cpu. And if it did would buying a piledriver fix it?

You won't bottleneck the GPU in any way but you may struggle in cpu limited games such as skyrim but that is a general AMD issue. Buying piledriver won't be much of an upgrade for the price.

Not much bottleneck but Linuxcom on youtube benchmared piledriver beats bulldozer by 15%. In alllllot of games
