Additional Comments: Monitor isn't needed but if it fits I would like that much

Check out the Tom's Hardware $500 budget build. It should work, just fine.

Have a look at this build which includes a monitor, but goes slighty overbudget:

Monitor: $110- Acer 21.5" LED

Total (Excluding Rebates,promos): 585 USD

Rebates,promos: ~$35

If you live near microcenter get the CPU from there , it will be cheaper.
