Looking to Build New Gaming Computer.

Black friday is coming up with many sales going on until the end of the month. Not sure when will be the best time for the build im looking for but let start.

I want a computer that can run any current games on high settings for a discounted price. My range is 600-800 dollars

I already have windows 7 but I would like to know peoples opinions on windows 8 also.

Well if youre gaming in that budget i would recomend a piledriver series cpu and a high end gpu like the gtx 670/80 or the amd 7950.

Well depends what games your playing. I myself would recomend an amd gpu just because of ipsst experiences and how amd is a senior of nvidia

If you are going for an i5 that is around $270 with a mobo and a gtx 670 at lowest is $360. That is already quite a bit of cash unless you already have a monitor, unless you can settle for an i3. Personally I would get an AMD FX 4300 or 6300 because they are cheaper by around 30%.

My gaming build right now is an Athlon II x4 630, radeon 5770, 4gb 1333mhz ram and I can max Skyrim at 45-60fps and Battlefield: Bad Company 2 at around 45-60 as well. It all depends on haw fast you want the games to run, and what games you plan to play.

I built my kids a decent gamin rig used an i3 2120 and a gigabyte windforce gtx 560 with 4 Gig of ram. Runs all the new games great
