Acer AS7250-0672, is this a pretty good laptop?

Hi im looking to buy a laptop for browsing the web/maybe some light games nothing too GPU heavy and watching movies when im on the go and i have no idea if its a good laptop or not, i only have $400 to spend and i can get this one for $380. Anyone help me out and give me some opinions on it?

  1. The laptop you linked isn't the laptop in your title. That said, I avoid all acer laptops like the plague. People are always bringing me their Acer laptops to fix. Yuck. But that is just my opinion, others have had better luck I suppose.

    That said, the laptop you DID link to is a nice laptop. I'd get that over the Acer any day of the week. Light gaming is going to be exactly that, FYI.

    I like the 17" screen mainly since i will be watching movies the bigger the better.
  3. Well, I wouldn't expect any gaming on it. You might be able to pull off some titles at low settings. As far as the rest is concerned, it'll get the job done.
