i started with all those parts except the SSD and just now decided to get an SSD to speed up my system a bit, my GPU and CPU are not overclocked atm as i have no idea how to do it, if you guys can guide me towards some sort of guide, also i would like to know if there is any OC room on my CPU without getting an aftermarket cooler? after reading up a bit i think i messed up a bit on the GPU as from what i saw it is reccomended to have 1.5gb+ memory for higher end games but considering the price i paid for it (250$) i think it is fairly good?
should i overclock my CPU? i mean is it rather safe to overclock it because i don't wanna end up frying it and havin g to spend more money to get a new CPU :S from what i seen in reviews and such i5-2500k seemed like a decent choice of CPU.

last question, do you think this build will allow me to run BF3 on high-ish settings in 1680*1050 resolution? (my hp w2007 monitor only seems to go that high in term of resolution :S) i dont want to spend 60$ on bf3 to find out i can only run it in normal settings or so :p

edit: also, i ran out of 3 pins fan headers on my Mobo and i was thinking about getting myself a 3PIN Fan 2 Male to 1 Female Y-SPLITTER Cable (http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=56072&vpn=CB-3P-Y&manufacture=NZXT) to plug 2 fans in 1 3pin header on my mobo, is it dangerous?

edit2: if you think i should overclock my CPU, could you link me a good cooling system that is rather cheap that would allow me to OC my cpu a bit? (4Ghz-ish?)

sorry for long post / my newbiness but hey, everyone has to start somewhere :D

well if i'm able to sell it to my friend, i can probably sell it to him for the price i paid since i paid about 110$ less since it was on sale

cuz i want my PC to last me a few years and not have to upgrade in a year and a half cuz i can't run any of the newer games with good graphics :d
