Disgruntled Cingular Techs are the best. Underpaid, they don't mind
blabbing Cingular's dirty little secrets. Like how they sneak in extra
usage on customers that don't scrutinize their bills carefully.

*** if you don't call in to complain at least once every 6 months -
you get secretly enrolled in the add-some-usage-minutes program. This
increases the liklihood you will exceed your plan minutes. Cingular
figures you won't notice... they're right in most cases... if you call
in and complain.. you get taken off the "program" for the next 6
months.

More on Cingular's methods in upcoming installments.

While the OP is a little off in the head, and everyone here knows that,
you, my friend, aren't making Cungular techs look much better...
assuming you really are a Cingular tech.
