Dell n5110 bluetooth driver....

hi .. i have dell inspiron n5110 i5 lap..... while i m trying to receive anything via bluetooth from other devices... it start completes 4-5% any suddenly stopes receiving.... what to do now... it also shows that bluetooth peripheral device software is not installed..
please help me..
