Card 4 MoS head phones - what would do it justice?

im getting Ministry of Sound DJ1002 headphones and need a sound card to do them *right*(ive got onboard sound), and as i have absolutly *no* idea about Sound cards i thougt someone aroound here is bound to know what their talking about.
It also would be good to have an optical out (MD system).
The MoBo is an Asus A7M266
