My corsair TX650w doesnt spin.

Hi

I don't know if this is a problem or not...but i just recently built my gaming rig. And when i turn on my computer, my corsair tx650w fan will initially spin for 5 seconds and after that time, it will just stop spinning.

Is this a problem? and does this mean its faulty?

Says it right on the product page, fan only spins when it needs to.

Suppose if you wanted to test whether the fan works at all you could increase the room temp and see if it starts.
