Abnormally Low G3D Mark Scores - CPU Bottleneck?

Hey there. So I downloaded Performance Test from PassMark to determine my G3D Mark score. I ran the 3D graphics test and my 3D Graphics Mark results were 1550, way below what I was expecting by looking at this chart: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+HD+5870.

The chart says the Radeon HD 5870 averaged a score of 2751. Now, I am a complete noob, but either I'm not understanding the test correctly, or something about my build is seriously bottlenecking my GPU. But, when I run the G3D test, Real Temp says my CPU load is only at 35%.

My Build:
Radeon HD 5870 - 1GB

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

3D Marks says my score is normal, so I guess PassMark or the G3D marks charts were just off.

And I guess my CPU is not bottlenecking b/c my 3DMarks score is the same @3.2GHz and 3.0GHz.

3DMarks Score: P4238 http://3dmark.com/3dm11/3376293 - CPU Overclocked @3.2GHz
3DMarks Score: P4223 http://3dmark.com/3dm11/3376376;jsessionid=1rucln1do8pfd123rgo5itx733 - CPU Overclocked @3.0GHz

Comparisons: http://3dmark.com/compare/3dm11/3376293/3dm11/3376376

Can anyone confirm? or else I'll always be second guessing myself, lol.
