It's perfectly fine for your system.

Just keep in mind you won't have enough juice to SLI the 680.

Lol!Wow... that is cutting it close i don't recommend it get the 620W version so you have some gpu & cpu OC breathing room you don't want to push your push that hard 24-7

the wattage is *just* enough but it does not have two 8 pin PCI power connections for the gtx680.

Hardware installation

Installation of any of GeForce graphics cards is really easy. Once the card is installed and seated into the PC, we connect the two 8-pin PEG power connectors to the graphics card.

your card may be different, a more "vanilla" design with two 6 pin connections, which then the 520 will work.

GeForce GTX 680 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.

the 520 is close enough given its quality . . .

Yeah it will work as long as your not overclocking your cpu + gpu i still don't recommend it but it's your rig so do as you please just know your pushing your luck you be wise to get a 600W psu ...Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:
