Are there any more suggestions to save money before I finalize this build and purchase it? Also is everything compatible with the new parts I've chosen?

I see you have made some changes and kept some other things , I still think that you can go with a less expensive case and a less expensive motherboard but sometimes there are psrts that you just want to get and that's all there is to it. I know when I'm building or changing something there are components that I just want no matter what anyone else says and there's nothing wrong with that. The MB and case on your list are very good choices and if you want them then great , they will be good choices. If you want to save money there and go with something else then you can do that as well. Just in case you want to change them I will list them again and you can decide what you want to do.

I'm going to go with the parts I already have Thanks though, you've helped me with my build a lot! Also, I'm going to purchase these parts from NCIX since it has $4.98 shipping and it ships within Canada It even has a price matcher in which I'm saving $50 But I'm saving over $300+ using NCIX because Newegg shipping destroys your bank since all of the parts have shipping costs.
