OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit - OEM

I would like to keep the price between $800 and $900, preferably in the 10 dollar range its in now. I will be using it for gaming (Skyrim, D3, AMRA 2, etc.). I dont really care about ultra graphics, but i dont want to have to run everything on low res. Im probably not going to overclock, not now anyways. Any suggestions on other equal/less expensive parts i could use would be greatly appreciated!!!

Get the ASRock. For Skyrim, the 6870 will do it on Very High/Ultra, but if you're using insane HD mods, it will lag a bit, but with Skyrim, it's more important to have a good CPU. Your CPU is very good too. Diablo 3 is a piece of cake for that rig. So is ARMA 2.
