Front Panel Header Wire Issues

Hey guys, thanks in advance for any help as I'm pretty new to messing with PC hardware. I just need the power button to work, it would be nice for the Reset,HDD and LED, but for now the power will do. how do I know which wire is GRD and which is 5+. A pic here http://imgur.com/9Fa2c
