Error message code 12

Hello all, please help!
This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system.
However, I don't have any other system, hardware, etc. in the computer giving me the an error.
The error message is comming from the NVidia 7000 serie video card.

What are your full system specs? Can you pull the video card out and test it in another computer? Do you have up-to-date drivers installed?
