Not seen this posted as a known issue with any of the documented
firmware versions - which version is your handset running (key *#0000#
to find out)?

Both 3.14 and 3.15 were riddled with bugs, though as I say this wasn't
one of them. The latest release, 3.17, seems relatively trouble-free
so far - I've only seen the issue of the phone losing its date and
time seetings if you recharge while it is switched off.
