New Gaming PC

I want to build a gaming pc. i will use it on everything from wow to diablo 3 to cod to assorted CAD programs. lets say i have no budget, list the absolute best pc you could build with no cash cieling.

the build would look something like:
Extrememly high end LGA 2011 mobo, would think the Dual lga 2011
processor would be the highest
2x i7-3960X Sandy-Bridge E processor
A platinum or gold 80+ high wattage model
As many high end cards you can put in the build(7970/680/690/Upcoming 7970x2) Preferably Nvidia if any of those programs use Cuda
SSD's beyond belief
Rams with extreme timing levels

this would just be the start

thank you thats all very helpful but i'm looking for models and links. if you could provide those that would be amazing, i've been researching for a while and i'm getting really tired. saying things like ssd's beyond belief doesn't help, because if i knew which ones were beyond belief i wouldn't be asking you guys. so please MODELS MODELS MODELS!!

when i meant beyond belief, as much SSD space as you need, as ssds are the fastest storage system

this is the server processor in question
This would be an example of a ridiculous high cost lga 2011 dual cpu slot mobo

ram, psu and gpu would be preference by brand and size

No disrespect, but you have to have a budget in mind, if you're just pipe-dreaming in hypothetical, I don't know about anyone else, but I'd rather not spend the time.
