New build

I just purchased the AMD x4 barebones kit from TigetDirect.com

Now. I already have a GTX 275 GPU which I wish to install onto the build. I know that the PSU will not be enough, so will a 550 Watt PSU do? Or do i have to go for a 600 Watt?

Also, besides a SDD, What do you recommend for a HDD type?

550 PSU will do. SATA3 is good enough.
