It says in the manual to select MENU>SETTINGS>CALL SETTINGS>SEND CALLER
IDENTITY, but there is no menu item for the last option. I've searched through
the other menus on phone but still can't find a way to turn ID on or off.
Help greatly appreciated

Menu> Settings > Call setings > Send my caller identity> Yes/No/Set by network.

That's just my point. I go to Menu>Settings>Call settings but there is no
option there for send caller identity
